Description: 7.75“x 4.5“x 2” black box with inscription on top as above. The box opens to reveal a U shaped glass tube the perimeter of the box. At the forward end is a metal rule calibrated to 240 in 20 increments. At each bend is a valve of glass with an ivory retainer labeled measure, transport. There is a metal and rubber pump adjusted by a screw. The finger cuff to attach to the tube is missing.
