Description: 2.25“x 0.75” body with a finger loop as part of the assembly.The tip is a hollow tube for performing vaccinations. Activated by a lever on the top, which both cocks and releases the blade. On one side inscribed made by Codman and Shurtleff, Boston and on the other Whittemores Patent, Feb 21, 1866. These are often mistaken for bleeders. very similar to the one by Daily.
