Description: 4” long brass pen like device. The cover unscrews from the tip to reveal a tubular needle. The other end has a screw protruding which can be adjusted by a nut to modify the depth penetrated. This end is cocked and it is released by a trigger mechanism on the side. The tube is inscribed Charles H. Eccleston. Pt #98478 on the tag which accompanies it.
