Description: 15” brass ( nickle plating probably lost ) instrument with knob on end which adjusts a chain on the other end to which was attached a membrane. The chain sits in a deep curve so that the bladder could be separated into two halves. There are two tubes which exit downwards at the other end to allow catheterization of each half of the bladder.
