Description: 4.25” x 2.25” x 1” box with label as above which also says comfortable, invisible with an illustration on the front of an ear in cross section. Box contains a tuning fork, a probe and a package of Boric acid prepared by H. Hadley, Wayne, PA. The instructions in the box show the probe with cotton to clean the ears and a forceps inserting the drums, which are now gone. Claims relief of deafness.
