Description: 9.5” brass lacquered pump with ivory handle. Two ivory enema tubes, two pieces for mouth fitting. Two woven tubes which can be connected to each other. One with brass fittings on both ends, the other with a brass fitting and a lead weight opened on otherend for insertion for pumping stomach. All contained in a brass bound mahogany box 11.5“x 6“x 2”. Pump doesn’t fit slots but it is a variation of the type which would have originally been part of the set. It is a very nice example of the pump. The use of this pump would have been quite an ordeal for the patient.
