Description: 4.5×3.5×1” black leatherette box with plush purple velvet lining contains a 2.75× 3/8 nickel plated syringe, the metal tube ends in three rings for gripping and unscrews to reveal a glass tube. 5 needles of varied sizes with many original needles missing. Rubber tip on plunger, needles screw onto threaded hub.
